There are three primary ways we can work together, depending on what you’re looking for: Ongoing comprehensive planning; Comprehensive One Time Review; Hourly planning.
My personal preference—and where I believe the most value is created—is through ongoing comprehensive financial planning. This gives us time to intentionally review the core areas of the financial planning process. It is less of a commitment up front, and easier to digest long term.
For DIY-ers, the Comprehensive Review offers a collaborative, streamlined option designed for those who are comfortable taking action on their own.
And for quick questions or specific decisions, hourly planning is always available—it’s not my preferred approach as offering one-off advice can be challenging, I’m still happy to help when you need clarity. If the planning need goes beyond the scope of an hourly engagement, I’ll communicate that up front.
The Monthly Subscription provides an affordable way to receive ongoing financial planning without feeling overwhelmed. Rather than trying to tackle everything at once, we'll work through your financial plan one step at a time—covering each planning area in a thoughtful, manageable way while adapting as your life evolves.
The subscription begins with a one-time onboarding fee of $699, followed by $199 per month. There are no long-term contracts, so you're free to continue only as long as you find value in the relationship. You'll never be pressured to purchase financial products or move your investments. The focus is simply on providing objective guidance, practical education, and consistent accountability to help you make confident financial decisions over time.
Included with your Monthly Subscription is ongoing access to both RightCapital and Monarch Money at no additional cost. RightCapital gives you a living financial plan that evolves as your life changes, while Monarch Money helps you and your family organize your accounts, monitor spending, and stay on top of your cash flow. Together, these tools keep your financial life organized, connected, and aligned with your goals—all in one place.
A Comprehensive Financial Plan is designed to provide a complete snapshot of your financial life at a specific point in time. Together, we'll evaluate every major area of your finances, identify opportunities, and develop a personalized action plan built around your goals and values.
This engagement is ideal for individuals and families who are comfortable implementing recommendations on their own but want the confidence that comes from having a thoughtful, well-researched roadmap. The process typically requires 15–20 hours of planning work and includes three 90-minute meetings, resulting in a comprehensive plan with clear, actionable next steps—all without commissions, product sales, or pressure to move your money.
For those who prefer a flexible, as-needed approach, hourly planning is available at a rate of $400 per hour. This option works well for specific questions, second opinions, or situations where you’re simply looking for clarity on your next best step.
While the standard structure is one hour, additional time can be scheduled if needed—we can spend as much time as you’d like working through a topic. That said, this option is best suited for more focused questions, rather than complex situations that require a deeper, more comprehensive plan.
I’ll be upfront about the amount of time I think a question may take to answer. The goal is to provide meaningful guidance—not rushed or incomplete advice.
